Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom, which he has promised to those who love him?

James 2:5 (ESV)

Some are born with impressive beauty, brains, or charismatic gifts that gather fans.

Some are raised in families with money, power, and influential connections.

Some are strong with great physical prowess. They’re heroes in war and winners of games.

The rest of us work hard and push forward… with our talents seemingly unnoticed!

Jesus came to change the grading system– to show what was and wasn’t of value. He chose untrained players to head His team. He saw and loved the “least likely" people.

Then He sent His disciples EVERYWHERE... to the utter shock, disdain, and disgust of the prevailing administration. He wanted everyone to join His team (or better said, to join His family!)

Sadly, not everyone wanted Him back. Nevertheless, for people who said, YES!... the King of kings opened His Arms and Heart. He drew us into the Kingdom of God.

His Father sealed the deal through adoption. Those of us who love His Son become heirs. He gives us rewards beyond measure, superseding every worldly standard.

Actors, models, and talent for Christ:

Simply through faith and the Blood of His Son, you've become heirs to Abraham's fortune, with glorious benefits and blessings.*

BUT NOTE: You're also heirs to suffering– in the here and now Earth ruled by Satan. Accept the hard parts to get the best part. Christ’s first disciples called it an honor!**

Like the labor and pain felt in childbirth, our present distress is temporary. Let’s smile anyway. Out future’s assured.

NOTE: God is my Ghostwriter. If what I write is good, it’s from God. You may see notes to 'Actors, Models & Talent for Christ.' If you think you're not in show business, think again. Shakespeare said, 'All the world's a stage and all its men and women merely players.’ Mostly true. But you're not merely players. You are messengers and ambassadors for the King of kings.
