Dream Haters: Deliberate Disregard
Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.
Matthew 25:45 (NKJV)
Urgent note: Deliberate disregard is a major crime in the Highest Court.
At the end of His Earth-time ministry,
At the end of His Personal teaching,
Before His arrest and crucifixion,
(as in) Don’t forget this crucial MUST DO…
Jesus CLEARLY DETAILS the evidence God considers in our final judgments.* The last story in Matthew 25 concerns disregarding helpless people (especially those we might call neighbors), because JESUS IDENTIFIES WITH THEM.
Recall the definition of REGARD. It means 'To look at attentively... To show 'care or concern for someone.' ** But to disregard means the opposite: 'To ignore or treat as unworthy.'
In The Parable of The Rich Man and Lazarus, Lazarus, a beggar, lay at his gate, 'Longing to eat what fell from the rich man's table.' He had a humble dream of yummy crumbs.
Perhaps the rich man had “sensible” thoughts: “Most likely, he brought this upon himself... If I feed him, MORE beggars might gather... Why can't he work like the rest of us do?”
But our human sense is NONSENSE to God. Even more, God did not call us to judge, but only to give without exception:
'Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back' (Luke 6:30).
Each of us should ponder the rich man's fate. But we don't have to go there, if we’ll just…
LOVE our neighbors as ourselves, and
LOVE their dreams as we love God.
Actors, models, and talent for Christ:
Millions of hungry, thirsty, strange, ill, and scantily clad people are held hostage by ‘The prince of the power of the air’ (Ephesians 2:2). Perhaps their captivity is by choice, but consider why! Most were nursed in the lap of the entertainment industry.
Without understanding, they drank the dreams of rich men tempting them to wealth and fame… in a cold, calculated disregard of their innocence.
But you hold the One Key to their release. You carry the Source of Living Water, the Bread of Life, and lasting fulfillment.
As you walk through the fields of media, you DELIBERATELY REGARD THE LOST!

NOTE: God is my Ghostwriter. If what I write is good, it’s from God. You may see notes to 'Actors, Models & Talent for Christ.' If you think you're not in show business, think again. Shakespeare said, 'All the world's a stage and all its men and women merely players.’ Mostly true. But you're not merely players. You are messengers and ambassadors for the King of kings.
