Name Tags: You are… Special & Unique

You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.

If every person on Earth is unique,

  • If God fashioned man in His Own Image,

  • If He made a world for us to govern,

  • If He loves us beyond all reckoning

  • Enough for His Son to be crucified…

Then each child of God is so special that...

  • He wrote a Book to teach us EVERYTHING.

  • His Son came in Person with an Update.

  • He devoted Himself to helping us.

  • He sacrificed Himself so we could live.

  • He sent His Spirit to our willing hearts.

  • He watches over us diligently.

  • He forgives our sins… every time we ask.

  • He awaits our homecoming eagerly.

  • He bears our burdens unremittingly.

  • He cries in our pain and smiles in our joy.

  • He rewards our faith with countless blessings.

  • He turns our failures into successes.

On the other hand (namely, the devil’s)...

  • He wants us to feel common and needy.

  • He whispers accusations in our ears.

  • He paints us as guilty, worthless losers.

  • He pushes us toward isolation,

  • Or he surrounds us with bad company.

  • He covers us with clouds of depression.

  • He tempts us with exciting diversions.

  • He pushes money and fame as answers.

  • He promotes rich and smooth-talking preachers.

  • He crowns proud and hate-filled holy rollers.

  • He laughs as Christ is misrepresented,

  • And makes bad examples look appealing.

Actors, models, and talent for Christ:

Your King has saddled the giant dragon, who circles the world in a high-speed chase– trying to turn wayward sheep into clones of naughty stars OR misdirected saints. Therefore, take the roles you were born to play:

Jump on the back of the beast and RIDE HIGH: rising and shining in media’s fields. Lost sheep need to know how special they are… and the only One to copy is Christ.
