He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

Revelation 3:5 (NKJV)

In Him you also trusted, after you heard the Word of truth, the Gospel of your salvation; in Whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, Who is the Guarantee of our inheritance, until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.

Ephesians 1:13-14 (NKJV)

Man-to-man contracts are taxing business: often biased toward those who have wealth. But most business transactions require them, as manmade guarantees of what’s to come.

Sadly, as countless victims can attest, contracts are broken, and justice can fail.

But contracts with God are PERFECTLY fair and EXTRAORDINARILY GENEROUS in terms of... What-He-gives-and-we-receive.

Even more, His “asks” are for our own good, and seem so small compared to the result: joy on Earth and eternal life to come.

The Lord’s “deal” is so wonderfully clear… even kids can understand and sign on. The Proof of the merger is God's Spirit, Who brings incredible fringe benefits.

That being said, this bond is SERIOUS, and we must work to meet 3 conditions:

  1. Loving the Lord with EVERYTHING we’ve got!

  2. Acting in obedience to His Word.

  3. Carrying our cross and following Christ.

  • NOTE: An amazing promise found NOWHERE ELSE: When (not if) we forget and make mistakes, if we ask, God forgives! The deal’s still ON!

A lot is written (and should be studied) regarding our duties in this contract. But the First Party to Earth's biggest deal… exhibits ceaseless patience and mercy. God always gives far more than He receives.

NOTE: God is my Ghostwriter. If what I write is good, it’s from God. You may see notes to 'Actors, Models & Talent for Christ.' If you think you're not in show business, think again. Shakespeare said, 'All the world's a stage and all its men and women merely players.’ Mostly true. But you're not merely players. You are messengers and ambassadors for the King of kings.
