Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.

Dear Actors, Models, and Talent for Christ:

You are the apples of your Father's Eye. You are the gemstones in His family. You are cherished beyond any measure and exquisitely beautiful to Him. He gifted you with glorious talents, and sacrificed His Son– so YOU can live!

He dotes on you and attends to your needs. He cries for you in your darkest moments. He delights in every good step you take… and loves you enough to discipline you. He protects you from evils you can't see. He forgives and forgets all your mistakes.

But here's one suggestion, beloved kin: Don't brag to the world about your status. Many times I've asked Christians, “How are you?”... and I would hear, “Blessed and highly favored.” Perhaps true enough, but why flaunt your wealth? 

Because...

  1. Your fellow Christians may be suffering with trials, pain, or doubts unknown to you. Your show-off words are cluelessly bragging. Remember God’s Heart: 'Mourn with those who mourn' (Romans 12:15). Jesus tuned in to the needs of others.

  2. Outsiders can't relate to “Christianese”, and moving among them is your mission. Consider Paul’s evangelistic plan: 'I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some' (1 Corinthians 9:22).

Two concluding thoughts:

  1. No matter what Satan would have you think, say “NO” and refocus on your Father.
    ‘Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect’ (Romans 12:2).

    ‘Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things’ (Phillippians 4:8)

  2. Thank your Father for His blessings and love, by loving people as Jesus loves you!
    ‘Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres’ (1 Corinthians 13:4-7).

Love never fails’ (1 Corinthians 13:8).
