Started to go somewhere, but got sidetracked?
Formed a great plan, but didn’t follow through?
Made a commitment, but had second thoughts?
Faced unseen obstacles, and given up?
Read God’s Word daily, until you didn’t?
Prayed without ceasing, until you didn’t?
Known you were called to step up, but got shy?
Thought your dreams were foolish, and stopped dreaming?
Had people put you down, and believed them?

While we’re in this world, we’re “works in progress.” Consider Paul’s words: ‘I am certain that God, Who began the good work within you, will continue His work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns’ (Philippians 1:6, NLT).
While we’re in this world, we WILL make mistakes, ‘For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God’ (Romans 3:23). ‘There is no one righteous, not even one’ (Romans 3:10). ‘If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us’ (1 John 1:8).
SIDEBAR: I’m relieved that God does the work (not me!) I just need to stay close and follow Him!
But right now, regarding mistakes, regrets, put-downs, and poop-outs… shake everything off. Get recommitted and reconnected. Get redirected and reenergized. Repent! 'If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness' (1 John 1:9).
Actors, models, and talent for Christ:
Remember your job, role, and commission: 'Go into all the world and preach the Gospel unto every creature' (Mark 16:15).
Your means to God's end is Entertainment: a light-speed communication system, that ‘The prince of the power of the air’ (Ephesians 2:2) engineered… (which was God’s plan all along!)
‘I sent you to reap that for which you have not labored; others have labored, and you have entered into their labors’ (John 4:38).
Remember your assigned destination: Physically speaking, it's media: a worldwide bait and switch operation. Fame is the bait, for you and worldly stars. But the switch is entirely different. You're fishing for God. They fish for profit.
But spiritually speaking, your real destination is the Kingdom of God. You know the Way is up a narrow path. As you walk it, you carry a preview: a life-saving breath of Heaven itself. Largely, the church disdains this mission field. Don’t let their condemnation mislead you!
God will light your path each step of the way!
