Christian Pitfalls: Lack Of Clarity
The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, so that they might not see the light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ, Who is the Image of God.
2 Corinthians 4:4 (NKJV)
For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.
James 3:16 (NKJV)
And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.
2 Corinthians 11:14 (NKJV)
I looked, and there was no man;
I looked among them, but there was no counselor…
Indeed they are all worthless;
Their works are nothing;
Their molded images are wind and confusion.
Isaiah 41:28-29 (NKJV)
A lack of clarity spells C-O-N-F-U-S-I-O-N, and ‘God is not the author of confusion’ (1 Corinthians 14:33).
Unfortunately (and fortunately)… since knowing is better than not knowing, we KNOW who is:
Namely, the devil:
Satan, ‘The deceiver of the whole world’ (Revelation 12:9),
‘The adversary’ (1 Peter 5:8), ‘The father of lies’ (John 8:44)...
Who spins threads of truth in a web of lies,
Whose sticky designs are hard to escape…
Because they seem to make sense at the time.
Just ask Eve. Or Adam. Or BC* us!
Actors, models, and talent for Christ:
Praise God for ‘The way, the truth, and the life’ (John 14:6). Praise God for Jesus!
The king of con is now under His Feet. Also under ours!
Consider some advice:
When ANYTHING seems confusing to you,
When you have questions that need good answers,
When you’re in a sticky situation…
Isolate yourself and pray fervently! Listen to God, and seek confirmation… in His Word of what you believe He said– also from wise and positive counsel. He is a God of perfect clarity and simplicity (not complexity).
Bottom Line:
‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths’ (Proverbs 3:5-6).

NOTE: God is my Ghostwriter. If what I write is good, it’s from God. You may see notes to 'Actors, Models & Talent for Christ.' If you think you're not in show business, think again. Shakespeare said, 'All the world's a stage and all its men and women merely players.’ Mostly true. But you're not merely players. You are messengers and ambassadors for the King of kings.
