Poor People: Good Credit
Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light, but if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!
No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.
Matthew 16:19-24 (ESV)
As a young woman, my mother told me I needed to establish good credit. She advised me to get one credit card– and with every bill, to pay it promptly.
In the worldly banking system, it worked. If I needed a loan, I was approved.
Our Father in Heaven tells us about a far more wonderful banking system.* He advises us to give to the poor, and He’ll return to us boundlessly more.
His heavenly banking system doesn’t involve gold, platinum, or “plastic”, and our investments are utterly safe.
No hacker can steal our identity. No scheme can con us. No thief can rob us.
Deposits to disaster-proof savings (our unannounced gifts and actors of service) are supernaturally compounded.
When we need help, these assets are released in marvelously unexpected ways.
Actors, models, and talent for Christ:
As the true Owner of every asset…
In perfectly paradoxical laws,
In opposition to human logic,
The Lord’s banking system rests on one act:
Christians must give as THE WAY to receive.
On the other hand, smart businessmen know… they need to give (invest), to receive (get). Therein, are God and men thinking alike? NO!
Savvy investors think first of themselves, and they may gain riches in the short run.
Godly “investors” think of others first, so they gain riches that last forever.
What’s the key to this eternal windfall? Without a doubt, you’ve guessed it: Poor people!
When we tend to the welfare of the poor, our Father will ALWAYS attend to ours!

NOTE: God is my Ghostwriter. If what I write is good, it’s from God. You may see notes to 'Actors, Models & Talent for Christ.' If you think you're not in show business, think again. Shakespeare said, 'All the world's a stage and all its men and women merely players.’ Mostly true. But you're not merely players. You are messengers and ambassadors for the King of kings.
