Poor People: Receive Wisdom

Blessed is the one who finds wisdom,
And the one who gets understanding,
For the gain from her is better than gain from silver,
And her profit better than gold.
She is more precious than jewels,
And nothing you desire can compare with her.
Long life is in her right hand;
In her left hand are riches and honor.
Her ways are ways of pleasantness,
And all her paths are peace.
She is a tree of life to those who lay hold of her;
Those who hold her fast are called blessed.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

Ironically (or possibly not), consider how BAD parties get started:

  • SELFISH WEALTH invites DISSATISFACTION.* 

  • Dissatisfaction invites EMPTINESS.

  • Emptiness invites his close friend, LONGING.

  • Longing invites LUST, and lust invites GREED.

  • Greed invites PRIDE. Pride invites NARCISSISM.

  • Narcissism arrives with MYOPIA.**

  • Myopia brings BLINDNESS to the mix,

  • Which becomes a pitfall of a party…

  • Where the blind mix and mingle… with the blind.

On the other Hand, God’s Righteous Right Hand, consider how GOOD parties get started:

  • SIMPLICITY invites SATISFACTION.***

  • Satisfaction invites FULLNESS OF HEART.

  • Ample hearts invite GENEROSITY.

  • Generous acts invite LOVE to enter.

  • Where love is involved, THE FATHER is found.

  • Where God is found, HUMILITY is, too.

  • Humility brings along SELFLESSNESS.

  • Selflessness invites his close friend, VISION!

  • Vision brings WISDOM, and wisdom has wings. Therein…

Poor people carry wisdom to the world!

Actors, models, and talent for Christ:

God shows wisdom in two different forms. Read and remember the differences, because some people (who say they’re Christians)... do NOT meet this godly definition.

'Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy' (James 3:13-17).

When Jesus knocks and you invite Him in, then God’s Spirit (along with His wisdom) come to make their home in sweet simple YOU!
