Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 18:3 (NKJV)
See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are.
1 John 3:1 (ESV)
The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God…
Romans 8:16 (ESV)
Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
John 3:3 (ESV)
The Lord is clear: we must be born again to enter into the Kingdom of God. When this miraculous re-birth occurs, we’ll become like babes and little children (seen by tender hearts and fresh perspectives).
Consider some qualities small kids share: they’re passionate, joyful, humble, hopeful, grateful, honest, open, eager, loving, believing, accepting, and forgiving.*
Actors, models, and talent for Christ:
No matter your “factual” age in years, you’ve got many things to learn– and UNlearn.
Your new act? Embrace your roles as children. Humble yourself and act them out daily. In this casting call, consider key points:
You can't join Jesus without childlike faith. Powerful intellects can be harmful without fresh minds that don’t “know it all.”.
When adults injure or mislead children (either young in age or young in their faith), they may suffer the direst consequence.
Prejudice (based on race, faith, wealth, health, looks, or “surface stuff”) simply doesn’t exist in the unpolluted minds of children.
When churches are managed like businesses and pleasing members increases profit, pastors may avoid Christ's harder Orders.*
Therein, some prosperous congregations… serve baby food to feed baby Christians. But little kids can't work or fight for God.**
Having childlike hearts comes at any age. Many saints may seek the appearance of youth, but it’s all about what’s on the inside.
Actors, models, and talent for Christ: I’m confident you will ALWAYS be young!

* Although the Epistles are filled with warnings about false teachers and prophets, read the very short Book of Jude, which directly precedes the Book of Revelation: Jude NKJV - New King James Version
** 'For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the Word of righteousness, for he is a babe. But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil' (Hebrews 5:12-14, NKJV).
NOTE: God is my Ghostwriter. If what I write is good, it’s from God. You may see notes to 'Actors, Models & Talent for Christ.' If you think you're not in show business, think again. Shakespeare said, 'All the world's a stage and all its men and women merely players.’ Mostly true. But you're not merely players. You are messengers and ambassadors for the King of kings.
