Poor People: Your Role

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Matthew 5:16 (NKJV)

Not so long ago, the word, RELIGIOUS, took on a negative connotation (as in rulish, rigid, or judgmental), and I didn’t want it applied to me.

But in its actual definition, it means we’re “faithful and conscientious:” WE BELIEVE AND DO!

It's a central theme in the Book of James; our spoken faith is proven by our works. In this small, but mighty Book, God describes the “works” He considers most important:

  • Caring for the poor: the empty, lonely, needy, or helpless.

Actors, models, and talent for Christ:

Modern Media erased old borders. It redefined “neighbors” and “neighborhoods”.

The rigid, rulish Christian church response?

Short-sighted saints huffed and puffed in anger– forgetting their Father sees EVERYTHING, and He allowed Media’s creation.

Why?

This communication technology circles the globe and connects Earth’s people. It’s a HUGE bait and switch operation.

While Satan was spinning this sticky web, gluing billions of eyes to countless screens, featuring salacious celebrities in twisted stories doing naughty things…

God was preparing for YOUR ENTRANCE! What the enemy intended for harm, God intended for good, to this effect: the saving of lives! (See Genesis 50:20.)

Your rising and shining performances (on stage, but even more urgently, off)... are intended to raise your audience: to show them the Way, the Truth, and the Life– to invite them into the Home you love.

The Lord has set you up for great success, so cast away every disappointment, and continue, continue, continue!

Through you, directly and indirectly, poor people will never be poor again!

Poor People: Your Role (Part 34, Conclusion)

NOTE: God is my Ghostwriter. If what I write is good, it’s from God. You may see notes to 'Actors, Models & Talent for Christ.' If you think you're not in show business, think again. Shakespeare said, 'All the world's a stage and all its men and women merely players.’ Mostly true. But you're not merely players. You are messengers and ambassadors for the King of kings.
